Crest Suite Agency provides business services including website and funnel design, custom HighLevel builds, SuiteDash client portals, virtual assistant and social media support, graphic design, business systems support, coaching and mentorship, and digital products.

All services are for business use only. We do not guarantee income, results, or business success.

02Client Acknowledgment

By purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You reviewed the full service description before purchase
• You understand what is and is not included
• You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes
• You are not relying on Crest Suite Agency for legal, tax, or financial advice

03Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Submit all required documents, logins, branding, content, and assets
• Keep communication consistent during your project
• Review deliverables within the required timeframe

Failure to do so may result in delays, additional fees, or project closure without refund.

04Scope of Work

All services are delivered based on the scope described at purchase.

• Additions, edits, or requests outside the original scope require additional fees
• Scope changes after a project starts may extend timelines
• We are not responsible for features or assumptions that were not part of the agreed scope

05Custom Builds and Design Projects

This section applies to websites, funnels, HighLevel builds, SuiteDash portals, and other custom systems.

• Your timeline begins only after we receive all required materials and access
• Client delays automatically extend the timeline
• Projects may be paused if you become unresponsive
• Projects inactive for 14 or more days may be closed without refund

We are not responsible for delays caused by third party platforms.

06Revision Policy

Each project includes one round of revisions.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original scope
• Full redesigns, rebuilds, or new features are not included
• Additional revisions require additional fees

If no revisions are requested within 14 days, the delivery is considered accepted.

07Virtual Assistant and Social Media Support

• VA support is sold in hour blocks. Hours are used as tasks are completed. Unused hours are not refundable and expire 1 year after purchase.
• You are responsible for giving clear instructions and the access needed to complete tasks.
• For social media management, you approve the content strategy and are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business.
• We are not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or reach changes made by social media platforms.

08Communication Policy

• You agree to respond within a reasonable timeframe
• Delays in communication extend timelines
• Repeated non response may result in project closure

Reopening a closed project may require additional fees.

09Payments

• Full payment or an approved payment plan is required before work begins
• Missed payments may result in suspension of services
• Access to systems may be revoked for non payment
• We may withhold deliverables until payment is complete

10Subscriptions and Care Plans

Subscriptions, including the CRM Care and Maintenance Plan, renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. Past payments are not refunded.

11Coaching, Mentorship, and Strategy Sessions

• All coaching, mentorship, and paid strategy sessions are non refundable
• Sessions must be attended as scheduled
• Missed sessions without 24 hour notice may be forfeited
• The complimentary Discovery Call is free and creates no obligation to purchase

12No Refund Policy

13Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact us before starting any chargeback or payment dispute. An unauthorized chargeback will result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Removal of access to all systems and materials
• Referral to collections
• Legal action to recover funds, fees, and damages

You are responsible for all legal and collection costs we incur.

14Digital Products and Online Materials

All digital products are non refundable. This includes courses, templates, snapshots, SOPs, ebooks, and downloads. Once access is granted, all sales are final.

Digital products are licensed for use in your own business only. You may not resell, share, duplicate, or redistribute them without written permission.

15Intellectual Property and Ownership

• All builds, designs, and materials remain the property of Crest Suite Agency until paid in full.
• Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your business, such as your website design, graphics, and custom content.
• Crest Suite Agency keeps ownership of its own frameworks, processes, templates, snapshots, and methods, including the CCC Framework. You may use them inside your business, but you may not resell, duplicate, share, or repurpose them without written consent.
• Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

16Third Party Platforms

Our services use third party platforms such as HighLevel, SuiteDash, website and store builders, payment processors, and social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or downtime
• Feature limitations or changes
• Account suspensions or restrictions
• Pricing or policy changes made by third party providers

Platform subscriptions are billed separately unless your package says otherwise.

17Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Securing your own data and login credentials
• Keeping backups where applicable
• Using your systems properly and lawfully

Crest Suite Agency is not liable for data loss or misuse outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

18Disclaimer

All content on this website, inside our systems, and through our services is for informational and educational purposes only. Crest Suite Agency does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your business decisions and actions

We make no guarantees about income, business growth, or outcomes. Use of this website and our services is at your own risk.

19Limitation of Liability

All services are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crest Suite Agency is not liable for:

• Loss of income or profits
• Missed opportunities
• Business interruptions
• Data loss outside our control
• Third party platform failures
• Client misuse of systems

In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

20Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Crest Suite Agency, its owner, team members, and contractors from any claims, losses, or costs that come from your use of our services, your business practices, the content you provide, or your violation of these terms or any law.

21Confidentiality

All information shared between you and Crest Suite Agency is confidential. Our team members and contractors work under signed confidentiality agreements.

22Non Solicitation

During your engagement and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to hire, contract with, or work directly with any Crest Suite Agency team member, virtual assistant, or contractor you were introduced to through our services, without our written consent.

23Text Messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Crest Suite Agency. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full text messaging terms.

24Termination

We may suspend or end services if you violate these terms, miss payments, become unresponsive, or behave abusively toward our team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund. Any amounts owed remain due.

25Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, outages, illness, or emergencies.

26Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes must first go through mediation in Texas before any legal action. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

27Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
